Grade 5 Titanium (GR5) also known as Ti6Al4V, Ti-6Al-4V or Ti 6-4 is the most commonly used alloy in the Motorsport industry. It has a chemical composition of 6% aluminium, 4% vanadium, and the remainder titanium. Grade 5 titanium is significantly stronger than mild steel also significantly lighter up to 45% while having the strength lightness stiffness and thermal properties also among its many advantages it is also heat treatable and very corrosion resistant.

Grade 5 titanium is the workhouse alloy of the titanium industry. The alloy is used in many applications, aerospace, airframe, medical, engine components, marine, offshore, Motorsport and the power generation industry, the titanium we use is fully tested and EU certificated then machined to a very high standard giving the end user full satisfaction in this product, we can produce any fastener you require M4 to M22, 10mm to 100mm as well as disc bolts, wheel spindles, wheel nuts, sump bolts, cam cover bolts, suspension bolts, engine mount bolts, caliper bolts’ flanged nuts 5mm to 22mm.
